I went to FedEx to ship a box with a label that I printed up at their self serve kiosk and was told that they don't supply tape to close the box, it has to be purchased. The employee was visibly frustrated that I didn't want to buy a roll of shipping tape for my one box. It isn't her fault, she is abiding by corporate policy, but it's just another example of corporate greed. I don't ever use FedEx anyway, I typically take all of my boxes to family owned Postal Annex on Northpark and will continue to do so.

I was just in at 5:30 and there were no employees to be seen. One came in and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me. One finally appeared from the back and didn’t even ask if I needed help. The first one was very rude and short with me when I asked her very simple questions about printing. I told her i didn’t have all the information I needed to fill out everything she printed to put in the envelope. I would have to come back. She did not like that and was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was rude and unprofessional to begin with as soon as she saw me. I finally just got my label and left. There are way are too many of these places around to go somewhere where they are so rude.

I don’t understand a person who would get a job where you have to be kind and talk to people, just to be a grade A douche.
And yes I am talking about you Rhonda, find yourself a customer service class and learn.

All the ladies who work here are extremely rude and make me feel stupid every time i go in there to ship something. The gentleman that works there is very kind. :)

I came in 8:30am on 06/14. The older woman that works there is so rude. Awful, awful customer service. I came in to print two pages because my leasing office wasn’t open yet and I had to fill out some documents. Made us stand and wait for literally over 10 minutes while she chatted/flirted with some older male customer who had already finished paying for whatever he was doing and when she finally said goodbye to this man, she didn’t even greet us. Just. Stared at us. I told her I wanted to print a couple of pages, she pointed behind me and said I could do it myself and just email a specific email. She said it really fast and seemed annoyed so I had to figure out the email for myself because I wasn’t sure I heard her and didn’t want to ask again haha. We printed the pages and we started to leave, and normally when someone leaves my place of work especially when it’s relatively empty, I shoot them a quick “thank you, have a good day!” You know, basic courtesy/manners. She said nothing so we said bye, thank you! And she said “bye.” And I said have a nice day and she did not feel I was worthy of a response to that I guess haha. I don’t know what happened to hospitality but this is not it.

Disappointed - an employee named Rhonda was beyond negative, dismissive and unhelpful during my visit today. I will never again visit this location and I will ship my future parcels with a different company.

John Philips is the associate that helped me at the store at 2855 W. Lake Houston Parkway in Kingwood today. He was very friendly and helpful and no his job very well, and he did a great job of packaging my item and helping me to arrange shipment. I would highly recommend you see this gentleman at this particular FedEx store. This store is very clean and organized , very well kept and very welcoming. I highly recommend this particular store. I’ve been several times and they do a great job taking care of me.

The woman behind the counter on 11/4 was working alone and did an amazing job tending to each customer in line. She definitely had a system that worked well for her. Keep it up!

Not recycle friendly. Tried to ship in a diaper box which is how I received them and they made me buy a $4 box. It was a corrugated diaper big just bc it said some odd brand diaper name on it. Won’t be back
