Shipped a 100 year old stone crock 14 miles from Webster, TX to Houston TX and my item was destroyed upon arrival. Literally in pieces. I had this item packaged very very well with FRAGILE stickers all over it and it still arrived DESTROYED. Oh, and no need to ever buy insurance with FedEx unless you have a ton of photos, and willing to fight for over 2 months worth of phone calls, being put on hold, dropped calls after being on hold for 30 minutes, etc... Just a horrible experience.

Went to drop off a ground package (4:55 pm). Ground Truck outside. Guy took one load to the truck. Woman says to wait. She does something on the computer for several minutes. I ask out loud if my package will get on that truck. Other woman says the cut off was 5:00pm (my phone says 5:02, she says 5:07) and there was no way for them to scan more. Such mediocre attitude and work ethics.

All of these automated phone calls are infuriating. I received someone else’s package. I tried calling to get it picked up and the representative told me to call back when I had the tracking number. I physically dropped the package off myself to this location, and they delivered it to my house again. I tried calling to get it handled and can’t get a representative on the phone bc the automated system keeps saying to try again later and disconnects the call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Can't call the place. I tried and got a machine that gave me the run-around. Unable to communicate with the store so that I could save a trip going there. Just terrible.

The manager of this location really missed her calling as a prison guard. She was rude, confrontational, and incapable of listening. I only hope she treats her employees better than she treats her customers. No wonder there are only 2 FedEx Office Print & Ship locations in a 20 mile radius. I’d rather ride a bicycle to deliver a package than use FedEx ever again, not that you care.

For some reason this FedEx you can’t ship Dangerous Goods so you get sent to another FedEx about 18min away just to drop off a package that is already pre labeled and packaged would be nice if they had a note or something on maps so you don’t waste time, gas, or effort and can just go to a FedEx that is a one stop shop.

Tunisa has horrible customer service and should be fired. I visit this location often, as I am in education. The workers never greet, which already reflects poor training. Today, however, I had to ask a question instead of using the self service. The copier advised me to get an associate after giving me an error message. Tunisia gives me an attitude, like it’s not her job. I tell her I am trying to print an PDF. She asked what kind. I don’t work here, so how would I know the types of PDFs . As it turns out, I learned on my own, the print code worked but had a different issue.

A white woman employee straight up hung up on my face as I am asking a question before making a long drive over there. If you don’t like your job then you need to change it not simply avoid calls especially it will save both parties time with the right information.

The lady at the counter took hetime coming to help me. Then wharn she finally helped me told me i could not mail anything withoit a id so I went to the car to gemy friend to go in and mail it.and she didn't even ask her for her I'd. And I had to unload my friends Walker and help her in the door. The leafy at the counter was rude to me and nice to my friend. Very unprofessional.
