i went at around 2pm august 8, walked in with a big heavy box and the person in the front (the manager!) wasnt attentive on where to place it, just staring and mean mugging me. i wanted to send a package and she claimed it had a tear and needed a new box for $30.. i asked if i can place tape over it because the tear is less than half an inch and she said no. Clearly she was trying to sell me a box I didnt need and couldnt take no for an answer. management is incompetent here and rude, never coming to this location.

Needed basic prints that I sent via the website, was told I'd have to pay extra for same day printing. Been using fedex print for over ten years and never encountered this.

Jamiah was fantastic ! Very nice and very good under pressure . She had multiple customers including myself come in and handled it like a pro ! Buy her lunch if not a raise if you can . I added more to this review cause same person helped me and she is always great ! Wish I could post twice lol This store has a great employee!

I like coming to this FedEx branch. There is ample parking, and the store is spacious and clean. Ernest helped me out today and he was helpful and efficient.

Thanks to Alondra! This super staff member at this FedEx location saved the day. Needed to ship a pkg ASAP to Chicago. DHL delivered it days late to Houston. Alondra checked several ship-to addresses for rates and made it happen. 5-Star experience!
