Being a business owner can be tough, epically when it comes to shipping product. I have been having so many issues with other shipping companies and when I walked into fed ex today Paris treated me so well. She is the reason I’ll be a returning customer.

I needed to print some copies from an email, it was something that i didn't know how to do and thanks to Terrence I was able to do it without any problem, he was very kind and patient even though the place was busy.

John is the person who helped me here. He is amazing. I think he is the store manager but if he is not he needs to be.
