these drivers are lazy liars. i’ve had two packages that said there was an attempted delivery but i was home all day and no one came to my door. yall need to stop lying about peoples packages

Home all day waiting for package, suddenly get notification that delivery was attempted but gate code needs to be updated.
I thought this was weird, because I didn't see the truck, but ok, I install the app, make a profile, click through all the BS, agree to let FedEx sell my data etc., only to get to the place where I can update the gate code, and... IT ALREADY HAD THE CORRECT GATE CODE!! Just absolute fraud.

All FedEx stores are very professional, friendly, they solve problems and I recommend that I always send packages with them and they really always deliver.

They lie and say they deliver when they don't. Then say you can pick it up after a certain time and if you go, well...no package. The person at the desk said, it's an estimated time. Yet, the website didn't say that.
FedEx please be advised that people have cameras and people work hybrid shifts, meaning we work from home some days. stating you delivered a package when you didn't will open you up to litigation. Especially, when people pay extra for overnight delivery that you never make. They made "two attempts" but my cameras said otherwise. They never left a note because they didn't go to my car. If they called, well my sim card is in the package they were supposed to deliver last night, so they can't call. And I can't register the account with FedEx without them sending a code to a phone number that doesn't work because there's no SIM. It's wonderful how FedEx has declined so much in the past 20 years.
Just close, clearly you don't care enough to hire the right people. This practice is old. FedEx did this to me years ago. I worked from home and never got a knock on the door. Now, I have two cameras. Maybe next time ensure the customer doesn't have cameras and actually isn't home. Also, the package needed an indirect signature, meaning a neighbor could sign. I left a note on my door, FedEx has no idea what it says, because they never attempted the delivery.
Do better or close. We don't need the strife.

It is what it is. A place to pick up your undeliverable Fed Ex packages. Be prepared to hear customer sob stories and angry rants while you wait your turn. The guy that was working there was stone-faced and direct, he's heard it all and can only tell you what he sees in front of him on the screen, he's not a miracle worker, just there to help. Next!

Wouldn't deliver my package even though I already e-signed through the Fedex website. They need to actually read these reviews and tell their drivers to do their jobs. I didn't have a choice of which local courier to use since this was an international shipment, but clearly Fedex is a joke and shouldn't be trusted even when given the choice.

Justine is such a sweet and helpful soul. I was struggling to ship my scooter and going back and forth with all fedex offices. She decided to help and that was soooo nice. I was able to get my package out with no trouble. Thank you so much and hope you have a wonderful year!

Was expecting a very important overnight package from my job. The tracking never went to out for delivery however I got an update saying they tried to deliver the package lol. The app informed me that I had to pick up my package after 2PM. I call at 1:55PM to make sure my package is there, however the lady informed that they CLOSE at 2.

FedEx is a horrible company filled with liars. My package was supposed to be held at FedEx Holly hall location in Houston Tx to be picked up for Friday. When going to the location was told that the package was returned on Thursday. No one ever even attempted to call the phone number provided for the package. Nothing seems to ever be done when a complaint is filed and I'm sure the workers no that. We need to get together to file a lawsuit against FedEx
