The manager went the extra mile to print custom cards within 24 hours. When he didn’t have the size envelope we needed, he called local FedEx stores to find them and had them shipped to his store. Picked up 250 cards and envelopes 24 hours later. Excellent service.

Horrible customer service from representative, Ashley. She refused to provide me with the correct price then overcharged my 501c3 nonprofit organization for laminations I did not use. I would never go to a place where people overcharge and don't appreciate their customers. Go elsewhere

When you use your CC on the copy machine, FEDEX Office debits your CC for your chosen amount and it takes DAYS for the adjusted balance to be reflected in the charge. In other words, $25 debited on your CC may appear for days on your balance for a $2 copy job. FEDEX Office is making interest with this scheme. Best way to avoid this: add cash to a store card.

Desiree at the FedEx on Rice Blvd is an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to help me with my shipment and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm customer service truly stood out, it’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and kind. The customer service is horrible! We were in the store well before it closed but had a larger print order. The machine was on our last 5 sets and the lady started harassing us saying she had things to do. She said she was going to call the police because the machine was still working past 7:00. I asked her for the manager's information. She called him and he waa just as rude. Do NOT go to this location. We spent $200 in copies to be treated like this. I did not get her name, but she was a Muslim lady with glasses.

Lady behind counter rude. Request to print copies and she prints email instead of attachment and doesn’t even bother to fix anything when asked to do it the correct way. Take your business elsewhere.

Incredibly rude and incompetent. It’s obviously changed ownership. After waiting for help, I told them I wanted to fax something. The woman had me fill out a form and then she put my papers in an envelope. I told her twice it was a fax, yet she kept asking me for a physical address. The other woman said that if it was a fax I could use self service. I told her I had never used it before and there was no signage about faxing. She just repeated herself. I told her I’d go to UPS down the street. They are MUCH friendlier and helpful there. Do not waste your time stopping here! Bad bad service.

WORST FedEx experience ever. Slow staff with little understanding of how to successfully initiate an in house print job. This is after pressuring me to submit my order online. Unwilling to take accountability for technical errors in fedex.com uploading process. Unfortunately, this resulted in me wasting over an hour trying to work with a representative to get my print job completed. Skip this location. I went to Office Depot and had my order completed at a fraction of the cost.

If I could give no stars I would raaja was sooo rude to me I felt discriminated on I was just trying to ship a letter out for my patient she was trying to rush me and there was no more than 1 person in the store at the time she was very rude this is the worst experience I have ever had with fedex !!!!
