Chaz was amazing!
I came in 25 min before closing desperately needing 100 funeral programs printed for early tomorrow morning. I went to several places and no one could do it. Chaz stepped up to the plate and immediately got to work! I would give her 10 stars if possible.

Every time I’m in this FedEx I feel welcomed and the people are super nice. Ellington was really helpful and friendly today and got my package shipped with ease. Every other FedEx I’ve been in the people are usually miserable. I’ll definitely keep sending my business through this location.

Everytime I visit everyone treats me well; & I appreciate their patience with me(don’t always know what I’m doing with the printers & computers). Busy place; but no matter what they always have a professional positive attitude.

1/10 take your business to the Buffalo speedway location and save your time and money and maybe get some customer service lol. Brandon - the store manager was abrasive and defensive. Viviana was helpful but possibly not bc she implied my order would be ready today after I emailed it at 10:15 am. Called to check on it at 12;30 pm called again at 2:45 and then she called me at 6:45 finally to ask for a deposit before even starting the order. I literally took all the steps to make sure we were on the same page and they disregard each of them and then when I called to see what I could do better to help them help me Brandon was not kind. Yikes

Terrible drop off experience. One of my drop-off packages was scanned but never showed up in the tracking system after a week. Fedex customer service was not helpful at all and the number does not reach to the store manager. I moved to another state and no way you can contact the store personally. Avoid Fedex as possible as you can.

Chandra is amazing! She greets every guest with a smile and manages everyone's expectations. I visit this store frequently, and I hate that I usually see her by herself running the whole store. But she is very patient, very knowledgeable, and always has me out of there in a jiffy! She deserves a raise!

Staffs are willing to help and will get out of their way and try all things to help you get that shipping label. Will definitely recommend. (Can’t say the same thing about the FedEx payment and customer service system though)

We had a big event on Saturday morning and we found out at 5 p.m. Friday night that the printing company (not FedEx) we worked with had messed up the materials for the event. We called FedEx and Chandra went the extra mile to have our stuff printed by 8 p.m. Friday night. Crisis averted thanks to Chandra, Kevin, and the other FedEx employees who helped with our order. Amazing customer service!

The sales associate was bad and disrespectful, my husband told him to put more tape on my box that I send and he didn’t do it, I sent a laptop and it arrived damaged because of him

The sales associate was rude to me. He was really blunt in talking to me. And they also greeted every other customer that came into the store, except me and the only difference between me, and the people that were greeted is my race (Indian v Caucasian). The stores associates highly needs to work on Customer Service skills.
