Kameko is incredible! I love how she managed the store, ensuring everyone was greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. She multi-tasked with grace. I had 3 tasks to complete and was out of the door within 15 minutes. Definitely come here and work with her for your printing and shipping needs!

My recent visit to this FedEx branch left me thoroughly dissatisfied. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere exuded indifference, but it was the service—or lack thereof—that truly disappointed me.
Upon approaching the counter with a simple request to send two boxes, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the lady behind the counter. Not only did she offer no assistance or guidance, but her sole focus seemed to be on extracting as much money from me as possible.
What struck me as particularly frustrating was her apparent assumption that I was ignorant about basic shipping procedures. Rather than offering a solution or even a hint of helpfulness, she seemed intent on maximizing her commission, completely disregarding customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, it became evident that she lacked even the most rudimentary understanding of efficient packaging methods. Instead of suggesting the simple and cost-effective option of combining the two boxes into one, she seemed content to let me pay double for shipping, hoping I wouldn't catch on to the possibility of consolidating my shipment.
Overall, my experience at this FedEx branch was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic problem-solving skills exhibited by the that person left me with a sour taste in my mouth and a strong desire to take my business elsewhere.

Nancy was very friendly. Went above and beyond packing some presentations for shipping. Price was $12.95 which was cheaper than US post office!

Would leave no stars if I could. Horrible service. I stood in line for 20 mins with no assistance. No one wanted to create any label for me. Strange.

Confirmed a vacation hold on package via phone and through app. Received confirmation via text. Then I call to confirm a fourth time that the package would be held until the agreed upon date but was informed the item was returned to sender. All customer service had to say was “sorry”.

Mailed a letter expressed that was time sensitive. I forgot how unreliable FedEx can be.I forgot the FedEx drivers that deliver. Your packages are third-part contractors that get paid by the block so if a package is difficult, they are in a rush and do not want to take the time to deliver a package. I have experienced this on the receiving package side where the driver would not allow me a moment to grab my wallet and marked my package. No adult available to sign for package.Also, when you ask if someone can sign for it, beware that they will use that as an excuse not to deliver your package. It is another obstacle for your package not to be delivered.. it does not seem that FedEx has any accountability for actually delivering on time, and customer service call center is a joke with no ability to resolve your issue.

worst fed ex ever because they customer care is so bad because i had to pick up my package and i went their and it was the last day so i showed her the package information and she said i need see your if so i showed her my id on my phone but she said i need a physical id so i said i didn’t bring it with me and today is the last day and still she didn’t give me the package so this is the worst fed ex location to go to ever

I went on a Sunday and it’s supposed to be open 12-6pm. I went at around 3:15pm but the doors were locked. A lady walked up to the door and put up a sign saying they will be back in half an hour and she said through the door they were having lunch. I told her I just needed to print something out. She shrugged and didn’t let me in.
