I honestly should write more of these reviews. But I’ve been coming to this location the last 3-4 times to ship packages and they have amazing customer service. There’s two ladies that are at the front desk who are the nicest. They stay on top of their customers and their needs in line. You feel like you’re being prioritized. It’s honestly the best experience I’ve had in a FedEx, and I’ve been to a lot across the states. They’re very diligent and keep you informed. Thank you so much! Keep it up!!

street parking recommended. close at 7 weekdays. associate was quiet but nice. two day flat envelope 0.30 lb. for $9.75

Walked into location at 630PM struggle to get here, the associate was not very helpful at all, after asking about the poster machine was told it was functional an probably better to use phone, after using canvas the last couple years this was not an issue then the associate tells me 5 minutes later the poster would not be ready until tomorrow afternoon turning self service equipment off at 645 just was not my day the location not very reasonably, not does it accommodate customers in any way shape or fashion even with the websites assuring 15 minute print jobs and self service equipment , if your trusting this location you want to call or check which associates are working not very reasonable at all.

Self serve copies. One very large MS Word download. Downloaded all smaller files. Tried large MS Word file again, download quicker.

? Location is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Houston.? The self-serve printers were not operational and being serviced. I had to ask the employee to print the documents I needed, but they charged me a labor surcharge, which was over 10 times the cost of the prints. It's not my fault the machines weren't working, so why should I have to pay extra to get the prints I needed?? The employees could not print in color and I only got half my printing done during the visit.

Joel for Store 1266! Did an awesome job getting my things done fast and efficient. He was able to create my order within an hour and they came out really great! He was also in constant communication with pricing and how I wanted my order to come out to ensure it is the one I wanted. Thank you Joel and your team!

Polite font desk employee but had no idea what the hell she was doing. Manager was missing for 20 min and at the end they didn’t even have the paper size that I needed. Don’t waste your time.

I normally use staples for all of my printing services. But have recently had to use FedEx to print name tags Having to use the self serve kiosk is difficult if not explained. Overall pricing is good, they don't take any type of credit card only debit which can be hard if you're using a company card. (Staples won't take Avery special paper)

Do not get your digital passport photo here. They said that their camera check whether the photos are valid and meets the US govenrment requirements. Spoiler it does not! The picture they gave me on a USB stick is 389x389 not 600x600 as are the requirements. If I did not check I could get my visa rejected and be in a lot of problems.
