This place is so archaic.
Short lines but the wait is longggg. The staff cannot think on the spot, cannot manage multiple tasks and just slow as hell.
Houston- DPS is stellar in comparison.

Very professional and well organizedChristina is extremely tech savvy, she easily helped me compile a zip file and even helped with the email and transfer.Thank you so much for caring about your customers. I went to several places for assistance prior to FedEx, to no avail. I was amazed that all these people working at all the other - similar places didn't know how to create zip files.

Google needs to remove their FEDEX association with Office Depot. I could not drop off my package and was told we only take small packages. Your is too big and I am not satisfied with their response.

BEWARE this is ONLY for Drop off... Which I needed to do, but I was missing the envelope. Well, even tho the FEDEX sign is in there, doesn't mean they carry anything Fedex, not even ONE lowsy envelope! Thankfully the Office Depot lady was kind enough to offer a manila envelope and a label holder... Otherwise I would have had to drive pretty far trying to get to an actual Fedex Store.She said they always order envelopes and they are always on Backorder... These onsite Fedex places are a complete Joke.

Went in for a simple job: I had four photo calendars that needed to be bound with the small plastic spiral. This is a job that takes a total of 5 to 8 minutes to complete, as I've been printing these calendars and having them bound for more than 15 years. I've had difficulty lately with other stores being able to complete my orders in the past. I came here to hopefully have a positive experience so that I wouldn't be searching for a location to bind my annual run of family photo calendars. Let's just say that I was more than disappointed. Arrived shortly after 10 AM. Multiple people in the store with only one employee. Granted, she worked tirelessly to attempt to take care of everyone in a timely manner, but it just wasn't possible: one overseas shipment; two people requested photo prints from their phones; a delivery of packages from the FedEx truck; a pick up of a previous order; a delivery of office supplies . . . it was way more than one person could handle efficiently. After waiting for 45 minutes, it was finally my turn. Multiple times during my wait I intended to leave, but kept thinking and hoping that I'd be assisted shortly. At some point I realized that I had invested enough time already so I might as well tough it out and continue waiting. Yes, it took only 8 minutes (I timed it) for her to bind my four calendars and ring up the sale. Then I see that because my full-service order was less than $50, I was charged a $2.50 surcharge. I almost choked! Not going to return, as I'm not about to engage in an endless loop of waiting again and then have a surcharge tacked onto my final cost. If you have a small job to complete, my advice would be to find a different location.

Employee said she could not scan a pre printed shipping label because she couldn't see the bottom of the bar code. The label was already on the box. Obviously doesn't know how a bar code works. FedEx should at least educate their employees on how their tools work.

Needed to drop off package but staff informed me that they have closed the system. It was an hour before closing and they told me to try again tomorrow.

My mom and I walked in here to get some documents printed, scanned, and emailed for her insurance. We had such an unpleasant experience with a customer that was there. Clearly a rude and racist customer. She was upset for waiting and immediately called out the staff for taking customers ahead of her. She was supposed to go to another line for the shipping part. She looked my mom and I up and down and said, "Why are you taking them ahead of me?" She clearly did not like that we were speaking Spanish and snarled. Just another example of our poor political climate. The manager and the lady who serviced us Jillian were so professional, they handled her the best way possible but clearly she was just a disgruntled customer. I told them I would write a positive review on their behalf since she was so unpleasant and they were so professional.

I have been going to this location off an on for years. They are always very friendly and helpful. They get busy but they are fast and efficient so the line moves fast. Erik is such a pro and extremely nice. He is helpful and has a can do winning attitude. It's always refreshing to see people like him who take pride in what they do. I go to this location for my shipping needs, copying needs, supply needs. They are located in a great spot and stay open till 9pm during the week. I will continue to use this store as they have always gone above and beyond. If this is a franchise store or a corporate store, I hope you all know that you have a dedicated team of great people doing a good job for you all. I hope this review doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the good work guys!
