Representative’s manager totally ignored my request for help returning a product. Representative was not trained enough and didn’t have accurate knowledge on how to return a product.

I'm giving these guys 5 stars because they DON'T have you fill out an entire order form (your name, address, email, and phone number) just to have binding done. (Unlike the Office Depot just north of here). Good policies keep good businesses open.

Always a great place to quickly use a computer and print things out. The ease of use and fair prices are excellent.
