The employees seem to be angry all the time and ask for help and do so reluctantly and with a horrible attitude

Good place to drop off a package, but stay away from the rude help there, there is a few but I avoid them if they act as you're a nuisance. The good ones are usually smiling, a few others look bored or won't make eye contact at all.
