Free delivery customers are penalized. They are not treated the same as customers that pay delivery fees. I think that is unfair All customers should be treated equally. This type of behavior is not a welcome and should not prevail in our United States of America!!!!!!

The young man actually knocked on my door. Most drivers just leave your package without knocking.
