Very neat and clean. Staff member actually was at the door, held it open and they all greeted me when I entered. Oddly pleasant. I was directed to the self service machine as a man with a dolly full of boxes entered just ahead of me. I got a quick verbal lesson on the machine and was done/out in less than 4 minutes. Great customer service here. Impressive.

Super fast and friendly. It's an easy in and out except for the construction going on but that's no fault of theirs. And it's temporary. I love how you can scan your labels and avoid any line but there usually isn't much of one and I'm there frequently.

Super fast service. The young girl behind the counter was really nice and went straight to packing my return. Overall a great experience and will definitely use them again.

I'm very disappointed and upset on how you guys do things I had a package that was supposed to come to my house. But never received it but was told it was delivered. Checked my cameras and told my neighbors to check their's no truck. Now you learn how to read and count in elementary school so for a grown as person to drop my package off on another street because they can't read is a problem. I asked the contractor guys had they seen a FedEx truck he said the other day on the next street the guy couldn't find the address so he left it on the porch. The guy didn't no the house he just new on the other side which makes me think why you hiring people that can't read street signs . If you can't find a house take the package back huh

This is in my neighborhood so I'm here a few times a week dropping off packages. They are remodeling the shopping center that it's located in. My only qualm about coming here is that they never have enough staff in the shipping area and there is always a line which means a significant wait. I experienced this at the one on Westheimer as well so this isn't just specific to this location.

Timika was AMAZING and the other two team members that helped us everyone was so friendly and helpful! We had oddly shaped packages and they helped us come up with a creative solution for us to easily pack and ship these items safely within our deadline. These three truly made our day brighter and had us smiling and laughing the whole time while still being professional and helpful. There are a few FedEx and other shipping offices near us, but will definitely be returning to this location in the future because of Timika and the other team members!

I had to ship several large boxes and Vernon was ready to help. He even helped me unload the boxes from my vehicle and went the extra step to tape up the boxes again when I requested it. Tamika greets everyone in the store and makes you feel welcome. You can feel her smile despite having to hide it behind a mask. This group was very professional through several visits, really patient and thorough. Store is clean and organized and they have a system for helping people with shipping as well as internet/printing services. After a hectic few days preparing the boxes for shipping, it was a relief to get helped by people who gave me the confidence that they could take it from here.

There is a UPS around the parking lot, which I had stepped into prior to FedEx. I was trying to figure out how to ship six packages to my bridesmaids to various cities around Texas and the country. I was looking to purchase the appropriate packaging as well as the least expensive, yet safe, shipping method. I had an unpleasant experience at UPS, as well as unreasonable prices. When I walked into FedEx, I had a remarkably different experience. First of all, the location itself was clean and well-presented. I appreciated that the staff were wearing masks during the COVID pandemic. There was no wait time, but if there had been there was clear space indicated for separated line standers. Vernon, the team member who assisted me, was excellent. When he realized what I needed, he set to work right away with helping me with the least expensive and most efficient option to deliver my packages. He helped me to pick the right size boxes, helped me with packaging, and even got them out for delivery on the truck that night so that most of them would arrive the next day. He made me feel at ease with the situation, and I felt that my packages would arrive safely and quickly to their destinations. I was also impressed by how quickly they each arrived! Packages shipped from Houston at 6pm and arrived in San Antonio by 11am the next morning. I had a great experience and have already recommended FedEx to others as a result. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I continue to use the Fedex location on S Post Oak and San Felipe due to the amazing help of Al. He is friendly very eager to help me with whatever project I am working on. Most recently he printed up some labels and was professional friendly and did an amazing job. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing Fedex office services. Sincerely Jon Stern

Today I had the best FedEx experience in my life and that is saying a lot. When I walked in the staff was busy helping other customers but one of them called out to me that I was welcome and that they would be with me in a minute. So I put my stuff down pulled out my paperwork and signed it. By that time the employee had come from around the counter and walked over to me and asked me how she could help me! Even just doing that was above and beyond but when I told her I needed to scan and email something she walked me over to the machine and walked me through each of the steps and never left my side. I was out the door in less than 60 seconds and only spent $.52. What amazing customer service!

I hope everyone that visits this FedEx meets Al. He was absolutely amazing in assisting me and also had a great attitude that I wish I could see more in stores. FedEx should count themselves lucky to have someone like him working at their store. I had horrible experiences with FedEx before but he's making me rethink my position on them. Thanks Al!
