It is a great place to do business with. The manager speaks at least three languages, that's amazing ? very polite, great customer service, great parking space, handicapped ♿️ accessible and easy access to Freeway and public transportation

The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. They offered alternative solutions - which delivery methods to another customer while I was there. They measured that oversized package 3 times and offered many different routes. Pick up time for my package is rather quick. Plenty of free parking near the entrance. Bring a trolley if you plan to ship something big, there is an ♿ ramp.

You can't beat the print quality of fedex for the price. Today Miss Paris London was so helpful and friendly, the staff were all quick and willing to help, I was in and out in a jiffy and it was a pleasant experience! I love this houston location of fedex, it is always quick, clean, and professional

This is the location in the shopping center with Lubys. I always pop in here to send things off and every time the employees and the manager greet me as soon as I set foot in the door with a smile. Great in and out service especially during these crazy times.
