I was actually a bit wary going to this location given some of the negative reviews and it being my first time shipping a package. When I walked in though it was a total 180! Staff was extremely personable, helpful, and walked me through everything within 5 minutes. I was in and out in 10. That being said, take a chance sometimes! You might find yourself being pleasantly surprised.

Do not recommend coming here! Unless you feel like being treated like sh*t! They're so rude here. When you come in they expect you to know all the rules and guidelines. Rude customers service it was 3 workers, and alll 3 were rude as hell! Never coming here again!!!

I am here often because I always miss turning into the parking lot after I getting off of Beltway from Chinatown. So, I endured traffic on Westheimer to Kirkwood Road. This FedEx Office is smaller than others I frequent. The interior is long and narrow. It takes a while to walk to the opposite wall. My first time here... Well. I couldn't get anything done because the copy machine was down. I ended up driving back to the one I usually go by MOD Pizza near Beltway. Mmm... I crave for pizza now. Looking at the corner monument, it says Royal Oaks Medical Center. But this store is away from medical stuff. If I'm here hungry next time, I would have to go to Phoenicia Market. I was here to drop off a RMA today. Employee seemed attentive. There wasn't much of interaction. But it's ok. I get used to being ignored.

I walked in and saw two workers, one was assisting someone with prints and another was working on the computer. I was told he'd be with me in a second. As I waited, I saw TWO other employees come from the back and when they saw me and we connected eyes, they turned around and went back to the back. This location has POOR customer service and I'd never return. I left and went to another location down westheimer that is quick and efficient. If you don't want to do your job, QUIT!

Their customer service was terrible. The pettiness of the manager was ridiculous. If you buy anything at this store, don't think you can return it. She will find every excuse she can to find a reason not to accept the return. I had a car charger which I was not happy with. The charge was inconsistent and the clamp would slip off at the slightest turn, speed bump, or break, sending my phone flying across the front seats. Not safe while driving. I even offered to accept a replacement hoping it would work better. Still refused it. She literally took it out of the package and asked to see my phone to check the charge. I should have had her come to my car and ride around with me to show her logic and reason. Bottom line the customer should always be right in that situation. If I wasn't happy, that's all that matters. I purchased an item, wasn't happy with the purchase, end of story.

I came early this morning as to be the 1st customer. The lady who opened the store this morning at 8:02AM on 05/13/2021, was not prepared at all. She was taking all her time, being so slow as if I had all day to spend there! Not only that, the machines were not ready. She was wrapping her hair as if it was a hair salon! Very disappointed and terrible service this morning! Very very disappointed and I had to leave to go to the location down on Westheimer.

Shout out to Malcolm that answered the phone on 10/03/2020. I was lost looking for the location in the parking lot/ shopping center. He was soo pleasant and kind and directed me where to go!! Let alone the other two women that worked in the store were very kind and proficient. The staff that day was AWESOME and the store was clean!!! Definitely a great location.

I was rudely greeted by an employee who kept asking me my name, when I asked her for her name, she just rolled her eyes, smacked her gums and never answered. I was there for work and I will not go back unless I absolutely need to
