I just wanted to give the girl a super high review she made my process really easy was super kind and was great at handling a few customers at once. Often times and custom service industries you don’t find very nice people and the scroll made shipping a pleasure great job great hire. The receipt didn’t have her name so unfortunately I can’t give her credit but Monday, November 11 1:30 PM whoever was on schedule was fantastic.

I paid 117$ for 48 hours FedEx delivery and they took almost 80 hours to deliver. Highly disappointed, very expensive poor services.

By far the best FedEx OP & SC location in Houston. The two ladies were super helpful and nice. They surely go above and beyond. While there is a line, they try their best to help every customer the best way possible. They also check on those who are still in line that they will be assisted shortly.

the staff here are always so quick and helpful! i’m usually in and out in under two minutes. i always choose this store over the post office that’s literally across the street!

Lisa the store manager is on TOP OF HER GAME. Super efficient. Managed three customers: helping me with my package, another one who walked in, and someone who called over the phone. She was very helpful to everyone with her information. Love this location.

Gosh- I have been trying to write this review for a week- technical difficulties- THIS IS THE BEST FEDEX IN HOUSTON!!!! The ladies in the front were absolutely amazing!! They are helpful and will assist you in any way possible!

Jojo is absolutely amazing. I had a million pieces of paperwork I needed to rush ship and she killed it. She was fast, efficient, and an extremely nice person. She definitely deserves a rasie!!!!

About a 45 minute wait and only one person was working at 9:30am on a Wednesday morning while I awaited to send a 2-day delivery envelope that needed to be received by Monday morning, but you know me, I'm risk-averse, and I wanted it delivered early so that it would be there on Monday even if everyone left the office at 2pm. Guess what?!? The service when it was my turn was impeccable!! She charged me exactly what the envelopes weighed, gave me a tracking number, and told me how to double check where it was en route. I was impressed. I may be back if needed but I'll know to have something to do on my phone while I wait. I was out of there within an hour, because you can't control who is line in front of you or how many employees are hired during the week. Thank you for on time delivery, FedEx!
