By far the best FedEx OP & SC location in Houston. The two ladies were super helpful and nice. They surely go above and beyond. While there is a line, they try their best to help every customer the best way possible. They also check on those who are still in line that they will be assisted shortly.

This place is the BEST - everyone is so nice, friendly, and helpful. Very attentive and just super quick and easy and reassuring.

the staff here are always so quick and helpful! i’m usually in and out in under two minutes. i always choose this store over the post office that’s literally across the street!
