I was in a week ago. Needing to print 1 page. I was there when they opened. As you can imagine, things in a crunch. I had to use the computers. Thinking things would go smoothly. Nope. My credit card wouldn't work. Had an interview lined up. Crunch time. Stress, feeling the pressure. Needed help. I was helped by Kenny. Approachable. Nice. Excellent customer service. Real attitude to assist, help. Got my one page printed. On my way to my interview. So grateful for FedEx office and print services. And Kenny. Making a stressful moment, without stress. This used to be my favorite location to ship packages from, until they sent both my packages to the wrong locations, with no rectifications, no reimbursements, customer service hung up on me, please beware and check your packaging labels that they print and place on your packages carefully, or you will end up having to go get your own package that you paid for to have delivered, and deliver it yourself like I did, you can only imagine the frustration of paying for a service, and having to pay to have a courier service or do it yourself to make sure it gets done properly. What a MESS!!!!!

I was in town for a business trip and this FedEx center came in so clutch for my printing needs. Conveniently close to my hotel. I should've done all my printing at this location. The FedEx staff - Paris, D'ondra & Warren were SO Helpful! They were so delightful and cheerful which made the day even better!Not many print shops are open on Sunday... but they were able to help with consecutive print jobs and a timely manner! If you're looking for a printer in Houston, just go to this FedEx location!

I just visited this location on December 21st around 4:20pm, and the girl named “Tess” with brown hair didn’t look very excited to perform any of her job duties- i was there for less than 15 minutes and witnessed 3 different unpleasant customer interactions such as redirecting all customers to different departments so she justwouldn’t do the job herself, witnessed with a lady with black hair that she directed her to the selfkiosk/computer and the lady couldn’t figure out so she left, next one was over the phone where she redirected the call to customer service number for a questions regarding shipping out passport pictures…she just simply didn’t want to go the extra step to help the customer or even try to and after she hung up the phone she started MOCKING the customer about the situation she was talking to her about which explains is how I know about the question regarding passport pictures.My experience was a little different as I had a very unsanitary ATT Fiber modem to return, which I had spoken to ATT about it, and they told me I could return it in the same way…but Tess wasn’t even taking care of my package but had to make sure to make a comment out loud saying “IF YOU CANT CLEAN THEN DONT BRING IT” I said excuse me?? She assumed I knew I had to clean it myself even though ATT told me I could just send it this way….my point is that as a regular customer service representative it was her job duty to inform me about the procedures instead of making that childish comment….I recommended her to get a job that wouldn’t include customer service as it’s pretty clear she slacks at it…NEVER coming to this FedExLocation again until Tess has improved her customer service skills.

Customer service was TOP NOTCH!!!! I had to stop and give them a review before I drove out of the parking lot! I only went to pick up a package. Smiling faces welcomed me in and "have a great day" followed me out the door. Who knew great customer service still existed! I can tell they enjoy their job and management appreciates them! Thank you!
