Recently we shipped an small package toMexico thru FedEx supposed to be deliveredby Nov 14, well the package never arrived, so Icalled FedEx to see what happened,and they told me that I have to pay $90 dollars more to the Mexican customs so they can deliver it, and FedEx charged me $200.00 Dollars and they never told about the Mexican customs. So for that bad service I will never use them again. Terrible service
