Do not go here for watch repair, was told they could replace battery on a Baume Mercier and then called me an hour later saying that they didn’t have the right tool to open it. They said they used a larger tool and tried to get that to work, which clearly lifted and damaged the case back. Upon bringing this up to them, they said that it must’ve been there before the service and denied any claims made.

I got a beaded necklace restrung because it came apart. It was pricy to fix, but I really like the necklace. I wore it twice, and it came apart again. I took it back, and he had to take a piece out that was causing it to undo. He did not charge me the 2nd time.
Hopefully it's fixed for good now.

This guy always has an attitude and is very rude and he yells at his customers. And wayyy over charges for simple minor repairs. I had already heard all this about him from multiple people but I gave him a chance because I was nearby and honestly he behaved the same way that people had described him. Save your time and money and go to someone else.

Don’t go here. They will rip you off and also damage the integrity of your jewelry. I took my watch to get some links removed (a no-name budget watch) and assumed it would be 10, 15 bucks max. They attempted to charge $30 bucks, so I asked for my watch back after they had begun the process. I took it to Jared & they not only removed the links for free, but informed me that whoever worked on my watch previously, seriously damaged the life-hood of my band by stripping the screws. This watch belonged to my deceased grandma & is irreplaceable. I would go literally anywhere else for jewelry repairs.

I didn't actually get service done here and that's because of the outrageous pricing. I had a watch that needed a new stem. This wasn't a luxury watch or anything so this should've been around a $50-80 job. After originally saying they would give me a price estimate in 1 hour, they didn't call me back for over an entire day. They quoted me $125 for the job and weren't willing to negotiate which is absurd. The only saving grace is that their estimates are free, but be aware that these prices are predatory and aimed towards people who aren't aware of fair pricing for watch repairs.
