About 15 days ago I got a Ford Explorer limited and the contract was on a Thursday, they said they had it ready on Saturday, I went and it didn't take more than two weeks to give it to me and when they gave it to me it had faults in the electrical system... I delivered it and got a Honda fit 2007 is missing a part on the driver's side. He knocked me out twice in the morning, turns on and does like. I want to turn it off, I call them and nothing and I haven't been able to go. To your tayer because I work. From 4 in the afternoon to 10 at night I hope you can solve this for me

when i first bought my car from fast auto repair, it had a few issues: the wheel bearings were bad, the back shocks were leaking, the front sway bars were missing among other problems. when i took it up to them to let them know, they fixed everything for free and super fast :)) they were extremely nice and patient the whole time! i'm very glad i chose to buy my car here. of course you may drive away with a few issues but i do believe they try their best and are honest people :)) thank you!

Complete shithole in a bad area of Houston. Bought a bus off this a****** - totally f****** up the paperwork. Were told by the DPS to file a complaint against him. This a****** has held up my business for months because of the title issue. Do not do business with this clown!

It is very sad to see that there are dishonest people, very bad experience in this place, nice beautiful car on the outside, inside a piece of garbage, the car lasted 3 months taking it to the mechanic, staying on the road spending money to repair, the engine broke and supposedly it had low mileage, I asked Junk to take it, I really pray that it is sold in parts and they do not hurt anyone else again and it is terrible, but this is in the times of pandemic that we are experiencing, but hey, everyone lives the way they want. It pleases you to negotiate to move forward and other people like you are deluded, believing in the integrity of the human being when many times there is none.

Poor customer service and mechanical services at the one on 6922 Ashcroft. I’ve paid them $1450 for my car. The first time I paid $250 for an overheating problem and they said it was just my hose, a hose only cost $30. Then I picked my car up and the same problem happened of overheating. Took it back and paid $400. Picked up my car and then noticed my fan stopped working and the car was still overheating. Months later my head gasket blew now he is charging $1800 but a friend of mine went on Aug 22 or 23 and gave $800 since that’s what we were quoted. Now he don’t remember getting $800. Don’t do services with these people. They don’t check their work and try to get over on ppl that isn’t Hispanic. So Francisco imma hit you where it hurts your pockets. I offered a solution of buying my car back from me or letting me have my car and take that $1800 as a loss because if the problem was fixed the first two times I wouldn’t be in this predicament. So if you buy a car from them get it checked out completely and don’t go to them for service. All they do is lie, cheat, and steal.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I usually do not write reviews, but this this place could be called NOTHING BUT A SCAM. I went to look at a Chrysler 300 here after they posted the car for sale on Facebook. When I arrived, the paint was completely scratched up on all sides (which were not in the Facebook photos), there was smoke coming from the engine after starting it, and the steering wheel looked to be in such poor condition for 82,000 miles. Some one else already complained that the odometer had been turned back, and I wouldn't doubt it for this car either. They sell cars here but are their own auto shop so they just plaster a band aid on it, cover things up, and hope to sell it at a low price. I do not want anyone else to waste their time or money here- this car was supposed to transport my two young children as well (it is not in "Buenas condiciones", as according to the Facebook post). I sincerely hope they change the way they do business and do it correctly and cleanly. And no, I will not be contacting Jay- he's the one who tried to sell me this dangerous pile of junk for $3,700 cash.
