The service I received from Anthony and his team have surpassed my expectations. I came in contact with Anthony Charles Insurance Agency during the winter storm of February 2021 in Houston Texas. During this difficult time for our family and while looking to repair our home from the 10 burst pipes we had, I believed our home insurance was with Farmers therefore I called Anthony’s Agency for help. It turned out we didn’t have Farmers but that was one of the best phone calls I’ve ever made. Anthony left no details behind when it came to our new policy with Farmers. He is extremely knowledgeable that I didn’t hesitate to have my vehicles insured with him too. Communication is top priority and it really seems like everyone that works with Anthony is knowledgeable detailed and helpful as well. I had the opportunity to use my insurance benefits now and process was so seamless stress free and super beneficial to us (the policy holders). I can’t stress enough how grateful I am to have found Farmers and specially to have found Anthony’s Agency.

Anthony was very helpful when shopping for an insurance policy!
