“First Primary Care is excellent! Dr. Goyal and his team are very attentive to their patients needs. You can reach out to them at any time day or night through the Spruce App and you are guaranteed a quick response from a true medical professional in minutes! I have choosen the telemedicine option and for physical exams I have been to their office. When I walked in they knew me by name (and I had never met any of them before) took me to a very beautiful waiting area and I was seen very quickly. They do not run a clinic cowherd. You don't go from a crowded waiting room to an exam room to wait another 30 or more minutes. They truly treat you like they would want to be treated. Thank you Dr. Goyal and your spectacular team!”

“Today 1/22/24 was my first time my daughter and I have been here and we absolutely loved It Stephanie in the front desk was very nice and sweet and welcoming the nurse was also very sweet and nice to us and the doctor was amazing and funny Dr.Vasif A.Humayun the office is very spacious and nice and clean there's a TV infront for kids to watch we will be returning here for our sick visits I'm very hapoy i found this urgent care they take walk ins amd medicaid.❤️”

“UPDATED: Since leaving the below review, the phone system seems fixed & it seems a lot more organized! I appreciate this place & everyone there and am so happy about this positive change.
This is a hard review to leave because I truly love my doctor here! She’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. The issue is mainly how difficult it is to make an appointment here. I can’t count how many times I’ve called during office hours only to have no one pick up at all. My boyfriend has also tried to make an appointment, but he has experienced the same issue. If you make an online appointment request, someone calls you, transfers you to this office’s number, and then no one answers. If you choose to try to wait it out, the hold system just drops your call after a while. No one ever calls you back. It really is unfortunate because my doctor here is so great. It seems like calls are just being completely ignored by front office staff. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I really hope it gets fixed soon.”

“I got into a car accident with one of my friends, it was bad but we came out alright thanks to this doctors clinic and also the one on the south west side of Houston. The first person we met was Mrs. Cindy extremely nice lady and great at what she does. From the physical therapy and also I received the brain view that wasn’t bad at all. I was able to get all of the hair gel out of my head that same night and I have locs. I really want to say thank you Cindy you and your team helped me feel like myself again thank y’all. “My experience at Kelsey has been fantastic. it breaks my heart to read some of these negative reviews. The pediatricians provided quality healthcare to my kids till they went off to college. Dr. McConnell is an amazing OBGYN! She cares and listens to you. My initial relationship with my own doctor was negative but we should learn to give grace. Since that first visit, things have been incredible. I have been with her for almost 6 years. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. She listens, supportive, and is very respectful. The supporting staff are incredible and professional. The quality of care is top notch. I do not negotiate the quality of my healthcare when my insurance is great and there are so many great doctors in Houston.”
