I love going to dee dr. Alex at family medicine. She is really thorough and her customer service is excellent. As long as she is there I will continue to go when I'm ill or just need some medicine or diagnosis. She's by far the best doctor I've ever had.

I’ve known Dr Mejia for several years. She’s personable, sensitive to her patient’s concerns and practices medicine from a health perspective rather than chasing symptoms. I love that she practices mindfulness in her personal life. Mr Mesias was my last provider and he too was very professional and knowledgeable. Great beside manners as well. Everyone I encountered from the time I entered the lobby to my checkout attendant was wonderful. Thank you FM MMC!

Everyone was friendly and polite,the wait was not too long and I felt important as a new patient, my questions were answered, and explained clearly for me to relate concerning my health issues and I was respected by all the staff, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you so very much.

I alway have a great appointment and experience when I go to the office, the staff are so helpful and friendly and pleasant, and they all seem to know what they are doing, Alex is the greatest, she has really helped me with my health and got me back to a healthier lifestyle, when I was feeling down about even wanting to live anymore, I wish there was away I could really show my appreciation for the service that each of them give

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Rodriguez is amazing doctor and always provide great detailed information on how to resolve your health problem and the medical student is very professional and explains everything in great details.

I have no problems with my appointments! Love Dr. Mejia. I would prefer to go only when I need too. But I do take 4 prescriptions daily and have to go every 3-6 months. Mostly unnecessarily.

Dr. Mejia and Dr. Rodriguez are excellent doctors. The staff do a great job. The lab technician who loves talking sports does a great job. I’ve been going to both doctors for years and never come out of there disappointed in anything. Everything is run first class from check-in to check-out.

I had an appointment today for a simple physical and I was there for 2 hours!!! First it took 40 minutes to be called, the nurse did her review, I then waited another 30 minutes only to be told the doctor was running behind for me to proceed to the lab for blood work and then head back to the room. So I did and I waited and waited until I opened the door and told the nurseI have to leave. She said I thought she was here already. She checked and came to tell me the doctor was on her way to see me. The nurse practitioner finally arrived and all she could say was I'm really sorry and proceeded with the visit. I was fasting and didn't leave until 11:20, I was not a happy person.

I very much enjoyed my visit here at this doctor's office. Front desk was very friendly and my wait time wasn't too long for being a new patient. I did a physical along with a well woman exam and the PA, Alex, had very pleasant bedside manner throughout the whole exam. I knocked off a star because I gave my information numerous times to several assistants while making the appointment, the day before and day of my appointment and they still got my date of birth and insurance information wrong. I don't want to be billed later on because this information was incorrect.

Continuously reschedules appointments without calling me then say I missed appointments. They tell me I am getting a 6 month prescription but then they call the pharmacy and reduce it to 1 without telling me and wont refill for 6 months now. Doctors are just in a rush to get out of the room, because they are forever understaffed.Times are tough but peoples health is not something to be so unorganzied and carless with.

Appointment times are not respected or honored. When we asked for a refund the guy behind the counter had difficulty or didn’t know how to issue a refund. Terrible abysmal service. Stay away.

place is a joke. came here for years until I and a family member kept seeing different people. they didn’t want to treat my mother after a severe stroke she had as well. no communication, they never wanted to answer phone calls or send faxes for her disability. do NOT waste your time coming here :)
