Good customer service but they start locking the doors 30 minutes early which discourages people from coming in the store that's the only thing I don't like.

EVERY TIME I GO TO FAMILY DOLLAR THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED AND IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT ON YOUR OWN THEN YOU CAN ASK ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS IN FAMILY DOLLAR

Ms.Tiff was great. I was greeted when walking into the store. My only concern was my daughter had to take her hoodie off due to many robberies. However customers had hats and beanies on. If that is the case Family Dollar should have a better security system.
