Do not shop at this location! This store brings the family dollar brand down, The staff is rude and very unprofessional My daughter told the worker thank you when she rung up my daughters toy & the worker completely ignored her! They need to hire people who aren't racist and who want to make the customer shopping experience pleasant, I will not ever shop at this location again!!! I'm new to Houston and I must say I've had the worst customer service experience at this location! I will be filing a formal complaint I'll be sure to let my friends & family know to stay completely away from this location!!!!!!!! Horrible shopping experience overall!!!!

They have signs that say they don’t close till 10pm went at 9pm doors were locked as if they did not want to bother with customers. It’s not the first time they done this. Makes no sense

Horrible customer service. They act like they cant ring up coupons. I use to work for family dollar they need to train them better on there lies lol. Will no longer go to this family dollar poor service.
