Very bad service, they get upset if you ask about a product, not all of them, but if some of them answer in a very bad way, I have met 2 more people who did not treat them well...what a shame because there is a lot of variety in the place

This place has gotten so much better in customer service. They have hired allot more help, and the manager Veronica was willing to drop everything and help me look up my transaction from the other day and figure out why there was an issue with it. She went above and beyond and deserves to know that she has really helped turn this store around, and it feels wonderful to walk into a place where there are people willing to help. I am so satisfied!

I don’t need to feel like family or any of that other “excellent” customer service jargon but I do expect acknowledgement and communication. If you aren’t going to ring me up at the register you’re standing at, at least say so before walking to another register and not acknowledging me. I can count so I don’t NEED my change counted or recited to me but that wasn’t done either. No “Thank you” or nothing.

Highly disappointed upon arrival was told there were too many people at the store and I had to wait for more people to leave I had no problem waiting however aftwr about 8 people leaving the store I asked how much longer would I have to wait only to hear an employee yell she was going to lunch so we would have to wait, could’ve been told that and they may they were short staffed in advance. Blurted it out and locked the door super rude to everyone in line someone was asking a question and they just slammed the door! Could’ve handled the situation way better ! Rudest cashier ever !! I went in today and bought clothes and she was complaining the whole time how it was going to take forever and then processed to get upset with me . I didn’t know we couldn’t buy clothes here !!getting mad at me because she has to do her job . I also felt bad for the other girl she was working with it was her first day working there she was the sweetest person

They close the store whenever they feel like it. Do not pay attention to the store hours sign. Very inconvenient when you ride all the way up there for nothing
