Yall need to update your business hours. Doors were locked 40 minutes before the posted closing time. Employees inside the store were rude. Never again will I return.

Yes I got the most out of Family dollar dude to it's prices, I somewhat didn't want to go there, but it was better then going to a conner convenient store. So if you have to go' It is best for your money.

I asked if they accepted apply pay as soon as I walked in lady said it might work( I get it technology is iffy) then I get to register and the same lady goes oh it doesn’t work it hasn’t worked I’m a while… I was like ok that’s why I asked when I first came in and then she goes well yea I told you it might work!!! Ma’am you should’ve said it hasn’t been working not let me do all my shopping THEN tell me it hasn’t been! And then you’re going to be rude to me when you think you did your job but you DIDNT!!!

My favorite family dollar, until March 11th 2022 I pulled up it was 9:25 store doesn't close until 10:00. Door was locked and people were still in the store at the cashier check out. And they said that they were closed. Never had this problem before. William and Tiffany never closes the store at 9:25. I can understand the doors being locked for there protection but to deny entrance to make a purchase. Truly don't make change your closing time to 9:00.
