I arrived at the family dollar 2714 reed rd. At 12:30 pm Monday 6/24/2024 The store was closed and had an employee sitting in her car.

I used to work there. Posted a review a few months back now. Seems to have been removed. How convenient.
Fair warning: Watch best-by dates on food products and *especially* anything in the coolers/freezers. Employees have no problem, and apparently company management agrees, with putting things back in the cooler/freezer that have been randomly left on shelves. Someone is going to get VERY sick.

It is extremely messed up how family dollar employees can't even work without sweating bullets. The air conditioner has been out for over a week . What is the problem corporate? Customer service is always a 10 but is this how you treat your employees? It's 100 plus inside that store !

Store always has locked doors, air not working , something. Its a chance with them you might find it you might not. They never have anything. Line is always long normally only one register open the only plus is the ladies at the register are friendly

This Family Dollar sign says open at 8 am and online says 8am and it's never open on time sometimes 8:30 am or sometimes 9 am........ WHY????

After visiting this location(Reed Rd@288) I called the phone located on my receipt regarding a item I purchased that was extremely old with weavers.22 times and NO ONE answered.But the lady at the registet couldn't wait on me because she was on her personal phone.Review update:Returned the item that I purchased and spoke to the manager who informed me that there's No Phone for customers to contact the store.Also I was told that they are aware of purchased items being old and have been trying to trash them for sometime but management will not allow them too.So management is aware that they're selling old products?The answer was YES

The place has been closed for almost a month and when it is ooen the AC don't work. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't open because there is no staff. I wouldn't work there with no AC in Texas heat

Online store says it closes at 1 but they locked the door right in front of us at 9pm. Change your times if they aren’t right.
