I came to this location simply for cash back. I was greeted with rudeness and a locked door. The employee working Wednesday night 5/1 told me that the store was closed at 9:53pm when the sign clearly state they are open until 10pm. I am pissed. I will never return to this location and I will be making the same complaint with corporate.

This store has horrible employees and is consistently closing the store early. This is the third time this week I have been there before 9 and the store is closed with people in there. As a business owner I would be upset if my employees closed my store without my knowledge. They only do this because they are in a middle/low class area. It’s sad the level of customer service these people have. They need better employees and management.

got here at 9:38pm door was locked already. I tried opening the door. they just looked at me stupid. it says online and on the door they close at 10pm... fix the hours posted if you close before then

The lil light skinned chick with the pink braids was and is rude as hell. I spoke as soon as I put my things on the counter and said good morning she said nothing as I’m getting my receipt I said thank you she’s on her cell phone whole time and just looked at me. This location has nice people this was my first experience with a rude unhappy ugly spirted person. Put her in the back or something.

This is by far the ghettoist family dollar by far. The website says its open its 4:51 pm on my way to work stopped to get some things and this chic has the doors locked. She saw me didnt even bother to open the door and tell me why the store is locked. Hence there is a dude walking with her. FYI not an employee. Im sitting here like 12 people already tried the door. She won't open. Im in my correct mind to call their corporate office.

Big lady (over 200lbs) who opens every morning is rude. No other employee there has an attitude like this and she's the oldest. I come in here every few days to buy pull-ups, pay and leave. She always has a nasty attitude, loud, unnecessary comments every time she has to stop and check me out. How does it makes sense to get at attitude with the customer for needing to be checked out? Am I suppose to get another customer? Am I not suppose to expect the employee to do their job?. She's continuously rude to paying people who just wanna shop in peace but ignores the same people who come in there and steal through out the day and get to use what they stole right in front of the store.
