I came to this store to pick up my packages from Amazon on 5/21/24 at 6pm Tuesday and the doors are locked with no signs stating why they are closed. The lights are on an employees are in there..very unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

This store never opens on time literally I been there 3 times past 9am and is still closed ... one time the cashier was at the door around 9:15 am with a big truck unloading merchandise and she wouldn't let anyone in the store until they were done unloading and it looked like the didn't even started yet, had to go spend my money at sellers instead, now today Sunday I get there at 9am still closed , waited 15 minutes and I see they turn on the lights which means someone was there but didn't unlock the door on time for people to come in the store, now after I see the lights on I approach the door and still door locked with no one on sight apparently hiding to be seen but oh well is a disappointment cause it's the closest location by my house and just want to let you know your losing business cause of the incompetent staff at this location .

The manager is rude, and aggressive! I understand that you have to manage your store, and make sure that no one “steals”. But don’t forget about customer service! Don’t assume everyone is a criminal! Treat people with respect UNTIL you are disrespected. She says side comments out loud, and comments on people’s children. She needs some updated customer service training pronto!

my visit 04.25.23 8.30 pm. STOP SHOPPING HERE. ALWAYS GET OVERCHARGED AT THE REGISTER COMPARED TO SHELF PRICE. BROTHER WITH THE BAD FRO WAS VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT. WATCH THIS COMPANY HAD A RECENT MAJOR MERCHANDISE RECALL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH. BAD SERVICE AND RUDE. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO GET WHAT YOU NEED.
