The manager here Cynthia really needs to get it together getting change for the locations employees. The employees, almost daily come into the laundry mat spin xpress to get change from the change machine. Please remember that are bill breakers are for our customers! Cynthia needs to go to the bank and pay bank fees JUST LIKE WE DO! That is HER job to get ones and fives for her store. Not our job, that's what she's paid for! SHE especially neglects that task on the weekends and our machines go out of currency because her employees come get it all. I'd appreciate if Upper management spoke to her about this thank you

Well, I always find what I'm looking for at a good price and at the checkout it doesn't take long to pay and the employees are very friendly. The annoying thing is that they don't let you take out the cart, but there is enough parking nearby.

I've been in this area for about a yr in a half for my job had the pleasure of meeting the store manager I have to say this store has come along way since I first walked into it service is good an I'm always greeted as soon as I come in the manager Gylssa is a great asset to this community an to the store

I totally prefer Dollar General for quick pick ups. Family Dollar always seems crowded and dirty. If two people without carts can not pass each other, the aisle is too narrow. Andrea was super polite though so she gets 5 stars.

This is the cleanest location I have been to. The people who work here are very nice. There was a woman walking around asking if we needed help. There was also a woman opening the door for the people who enter and leave and telling us to have a good day and thank you for shopping there. It is honestly the best family dollar location I have been to in Houston.

One of the worst family dollars in the area. Always have stuff in the middle of the aisles which makes it hard to walk through. I grabbed a litter scooper with no sticker but it said 1 dollar under it. They tried to sell it to me for $2.25. I went to another family dollar instead and it was $1. Rude cashier.
