Today was the 2nd time I put my things down and walked out. 4 people in line and no one comes to check us out. They see us standing there, but on one comes. No one acknowledges you. Horrible service.

This location is absolutely terrible. I would leave ZERO stars if possible!! I shopped there 1 time prior to now and had a bad experience. The store was dirty and unorganized. Plus, the staff were unfriendly, rude, and lazy.
BUT I went there again tonight out of desperation, and yet again, I was disappointed.
I arrived 12 minutes before closing time, which on Saturday's the store closes at 10 PM.
I went to open the door, and it was locked. There was a guy standing there like a foot away from the door, and he said we are closed.
I asked why it's 12 minutes till, and I only need 1 item real quick. He said no, we were closed and refused to come open the door, then the manager walked by and said we are closed.
Being a manager and working in retail the store should not be closing early like that. They should adhere to their hours of operation period.
Then as I am walking to my car to leave, I noticed that there were other people walking up to the door an employee with her baby and boyfriend. So I waited until 10 PM and watched the lights turn off.
The whole situation is 100 % unprofessional and unacceptable. Family Dollar's upper management and corporate should re-evaluate and reprimand their employees at this location.

Everyone that complaining about this store how dirty it is or how nasty it is it’s not because of the workers it’s the customers coming in messing up the store picking up stuff in replacing it in the wrong spot this store a good store when I come in the store manager mike slave in this store doing his best to keep the store some the cashier be rude understandable but customers be rude to who takes food out the freezer in place it on the shelf so y’all only say bad this cause y’all can get what y’all looking for or thing don’t go yall way I give the store 8/10

I can't even give any star but it won't post without one.
The WORST store I've EVER been in. No acknowledgement. The cashier was literally Eating Chips in front of customers behind the counter!!! 20 minutes to ring up 3 different customers. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING OF THE SORT.

This location is literally never open. The employees are always in there with the door locked. every single time I have tried to come within the past 3 months they are literally always closed. don't even understand how they are still open and operating

I went to the family dollar located at 12914 Willow Chase Blvd Houston, TX 77070 about 1:30pm the door was LOCKED and a sign that says "Restroom 35min", first off Texas heat is over 100 degrees daily . I waited for over 15min going to a near by store then coming back ... who takes a 35min restroom back and I am more than sure it was more than that . Such an inconvenience,unprofessional & just ridiculous! There are people that walk and ride transportation buses to get to stores and for this bootleg handwritten signed to be made is insane . Employees are lazy and should be held accountable! No one answered the phones , they probably were sleeping or even left .
