The night employees always close early and the manager and district manager don’t do anything about it. Business hours online clearly state that they are open until 9pm I arrived at 830pm. How is it you run a business like this.

30min before closing the door was closed. Knocked because I know they close it but wouldn’t acknowledge anyone at the door. Doors are to remain open during business hours ?
