The store is closed so much I think is closed down. People walking around in there not working. Things are never stocked. Everything is in the isles. Very disappointing.

Everytime I need to get the stuff I need they are always closed In the middle of the day when they open from 8-10pm. Go figure

This store is shut down at least 2 or 3 times a week! Due to computer problems or like today your employees can't get the work at 8 o'clock it's either 8:15 or 8:25i can't wait to move back to the east side! They're always on time and courtesy

It's 430 on 04/29/23.Whatever cashier is working is not good. Eating and drinking while checking customers out. Then she stopped ringing me up because her phone rang, and she had to answer it and grab her ear buds to put them in her ear. Then she proceeded to have a conversation while checking everyone out. Unprofessional.

What's the point of even having a family dollar store here when they barely are opened! Like make it make sense. It's 8:30 p.m. and they are closed! ?????

My experience was good overall! I was shopping looking for what I needed and browsing around a bit. I got to checkout and the cashier seemed ok but could have had a better attitude. She didnt say anything rude but her vibe was a bit rude. She didn't give me my total and I didn't see it on the screen so I asked what my total was and she sounded a bit bothered. I'm not usually bothered by these things but I had only needed one item and I wanted to make sure I was getting the product as the advertised price. And there was no total on the pin pad so I had to ask. She also didnt hand me my receipt so I just awkwardly grabbed it. I really appreciate good customer service this was less then average for me.

Pitiful service. I have been to many dollar stores with low standards but this one is the absolute worst. The ID thing I can respect because I used to work to a Family Dollar. But if you are gonna enforce rules, do it for ALL and not a select few. On top of always being closed and never offer cash back even when the option pops up on the register, too much.

Terrible! People stealing out of the store with no shame. The store monitor at the door even opened the door for the thieves to exit while hearing the alarm sounding off with no questions asked. The clerk asked monitor why he let them go, the monitor ask the clerk why he didn't say something. I can never find what I am looking for there because they are always out of things, the shelves always have empty places because the thieves come and clear the shelves. This goes on at a lot of Family Dollar stores. I don't know how they are surviving in the retail business. It is sad to see!
