Such a friendly and helpful crew. I broke down passing through Houston, and AAA identified this shop as a good place to tow the car to. This team graciously helped me to confirm the car was a goner (engine failure), then they were very patient with me as I handled the logistics of eventually needing to have the car towed by a junker after mailing in the title and various logistical issues on my end. A+ professional and friendly customer service, I wish more people did business like Family Auto Center and based on my experience I would trust this group with my car and to do business fairly without hesitation.

I can never go to another mechanic shop. This place is honest, reliable and more than capable to do anything you need. AMAZING service and great customer service. It’s hard to find a good and honest place to get work done. I’m grateful I found this place and to write this review. Thanks guys!!!!

The staff is helpful and they actually tell you what’s wrong with your vehicle. They’re also very fast.

My car overheated and this place was recommended on AAA. They did a great job, and were fast. Dropped it off around 4 and was ready at 9 the next day. Highly recommend

I went to check for a coolant leak and they did a pressure test. After the told me I had a leak from the reservoir hose and one heater hose the estimate for parts and labor was 289.96. This is absurd due to the fact that I used to be a certified mechanic and it doesn't take two labor hours to change a hose that is on top of the motor and that is quick release. These people are inflating their labor cost and should be ashamed.Service: Air conditioning

I was torn with stars because they were not able to fix my car & they had it for two solid days BUT honesty earns 5, in my opinion. Many shops would undoubtedly find something to “fix” and I would be out unnecessary $. I was not ripped off so I appreciate that!
