But I drove a bit to get here, lord its on the worst side of town lol yikes, but no issue's with customer service, friendly, helped me out.
I actually bought a full body invisible faja $120 (which I thought was up there) but I still got it.
I don't really like it now that I'm in it.
The pee hole with the zipper isn't wide enough even when I squat and the liner that's in that crotch area, is bad needs to go, I always pee on it, it's gets me mad! I got a small, couldn't close the xs but I don't like the way it fits and the shoulder with bones, I swear it hurts, it leaves me in pain and red all day and still doesn't want to go away even though I take it off! Painful and just not worth what I paid for the darn thing! Let me look for another else where that's more comfortable!!!

Very good service, I loved my girdle, the xs didn't fit me but they adjusted it to my size and it fit perfectly, they are very comfortable and a good price. I ended up buying another one the same day. girls are worth it

I had a disappointing experience with this establishment. My sister and brother-in-law called ahead to confirm their hours before making the drive. Upon arrival, they were greeted at the door, but after a brief, unfriendly appraisal of my brother-in-law, they were abruptly informed that the place was closed. Despite my sister's explanation that they had confirmed the opening hours beforehand, they were quickly escorted out. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service left them feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

First of all, we called to verify the time they closed before we drove the 25 minutes from Spring, TX. The lady that answered the phone did not speak great English but verified that they close at 7pm. We made the trip to the facility only to find that it has become even more run down than the first time we visited about a year ago. There were two homeless people with their belongings in shopping carts just outside of the door hovering around the front area (NOT FEELING SAFE ALREADY).
A lady inside unlocked the front door and let us in. As soon as we got inside and the door closed behind us the lady at the front counter yells “WE ARE CLOSED!” We said, “We are the people that just called a few minutes ago to verify that you were open.” She reinforced “NO, WE ARE CLOSED! WE CLOSE AT 6PM!”
They have a good selection, but at least one @$$hole on the front counter! They will not see any of my money and I hope one of the zombie crackhead homeless people outside their front door don’t eat them one day! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just left this place, I drove from Spring. I walked in with my husband and the person working the front desk was super rude! She told me they closed and would not assist me even though I told her how far I had drove. Mind you I was in the store, I guess they have that much business that my money meant nothing to them and that I had drove a distance to get to them. I have been here before had spent over 200.00 and was never treated this way! I would not recommend this company because of how rude this lady was and let mention there were three people there. One lady let me in. The store only to be treated very rude! This type of service deserves a 0 or no star but this is what is offered. If you are not Spanish you will be mistreated. WARNING!!

Today, I am officially 1 week post-op from my Lipo360/BBL and arm Lipo surgery with Dr. Ziakas. I went to my final postoperative appointment today and the nurse gave me the okay to move into a stage 2 faja. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted. Aylin was super sweet and helpful! She showed me variety of different fajas and helped me put on the one I chose. She is such a professional! She clasped all the hooks so fast! I was able to wear the faja and arm garment home. The prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of different fajas, waist trainers, teas, and a lot of post-op care essentials. Also, I was informed that they make alterations to your fajas. If you make an appointment, they can be ready in less than an hour. If you come in as a walk in, they’ll have it ready within 24 hours. Also, if you bring in your fajas for alterations, make sure they are washed and dried before dropping them off. I’m so happy with my purchase and grateful for Aylin’s excellent customer service!

This place is a joke. I bought a faja last week. It was too small, and I had to go back the next day to buy an extender. 6 days after I bought the faja, the zipper broke. I brought it back to get fixed, and they want me to wait 2 weeks to get it back.
This was seriously a waste of money. I refuse to buy another faja from them and I can't wear a faja with a broken zipper so now I have to find another place to buy a better quality product. Don't waste your money here.

I recently bought a new faja on Friday and it had a defective zipper. I called them a hour later when I realized I was exposed. They told me to bring it in and they would fix it. Here comes Tuesday I go back to pick it up and it’s the same problem again.. This is horrible for the amount of money we pay.

Customer Service was horrible I bought a decent faja from this place 2 years ago and was helped by a guy that was extremely helpful and nice. Today I wasted gas to drive 25 min while they had 3 or 4 women employees but only one younger lady was assisting a customer while me and another customer browsed with no welcome or assistance I finally asked for assistance from somebody that wasn't working to be giving the wait a minute finger while she went to talk to another lady that wasn't busy...after 4 min I walked out this is not the only faja store in Houston so thanks for being so rude and inconsiderate of ppl time I'll proudly spend my money elsewhere.

My wife and his location via Google with great reviews, I have to agree. The staff is knowledgeable. Extremely patient helps with fittings and are great with knowing that more than one size may be needed. Staff was very patient with with my wife trying to figure out what works best for her body,but even more joyful is this location has a seamstress on site they can make adjustments.My wife really enjoy this location. We will be coming back to purchase more.

Best Faja place in Houston and surrounding areas. Prices are so reasonable and they can adjust it on site for a small additional fee. The seamstress was able to adjust my older faja I brought in while I was trying out new ones. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 stars ⭐️ hands down
