Brand new location right off of the freeway minutes away from pretty much any store/food chain you can imagine!! Plus the staff is amazing here! I’ve stayed at many hotels (my 2nd time staying here) & they are definitely running this one the right way!

Where do I begin. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, the service, appearance and just overall vibe of the hotel was amazing. The two gentleman that worked at the front desk, I believe one was named Isaiah, were above and beyond accommodating. As an an Elite member, THIS is the standard to which all Marriott hotels need to uphold. They were able to get me checked in early on day of arrival, accommodate me with a late check out even though I ended up not needing it, and were very polite, and professional. I was in town to visit my boyfriend and will definently be staying here on my next trip in to Houston. The room was clean, spacious, and couldn't have asked for more. I even left my phone charger behind and they had it at the front desk waiting for my boyfriend to pick it up. The breakfast was amazing. They had bacon and sausage which most fairfield inn's don't do. For those who didn't want the typical eggs, an bacon, they had many other choices to include a pasta with marinara sauce and garlic bread on the side. There was a variety of fruits, and choices of bread, toast, bagel etc. There were so many choices I couldn't decide. Cookies were in the lobby warm the night of arrival. This hotel definently spoils its residents. Couldn't have asked for more and will recommend this hotel to friends and family for their future stays. Highly recommend this hotel.

The suite was very nice. It had a pull out couch and tv with a table. Felt like a small living room. The room had two standard beds. Extra pillows and comforter as well. I had an issue with Torein the overnight front desk person. He was very rude calling my two small babies, husband and myself homeless and other things. I'm visiting Houston again this week and will not be staying here again because of his nasty unprofessional attitude. The hotel manager was very biased saying she's never encountered him acting that way. Why would he show that poor attitude in front of his manager? Anyway. He messed up my trip visiting my grandbabies. Won't mess up this trip.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. It's clean, and everything is up to date. Breakfast is really good and fresh. Plenty of choices from which to choose.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My only issue was the HORRIBLE night auditor customer service . The service of the employee made the stay questionable. The I can't do work ethic or we can't is unacceptable. I wanted to switch the payment to another card and he said that you couldn't. How is that impossible to do? The other workers on the 7am-3pm and 3-11pm shift provided excellent service with a smile. Keep being great!Rooms: The room was very nice and clean.

Got in Friday I'm staying till Sunday and thus far service and breakfast is on point. So if ever in the area it A great stay!!:) ? Rooms really 2 queen bed and Sofa bed, 2. Large ?

Went over the weekend with another couple and we had a great time. The location is perfect for the spots we had planned to visit. The rooms were clean and roomy, Loved the suite with the 2 TVS and separate seating area. The complimentary breakfast was tasty had more than cereal and fruit! The restaurant food was delicious, and the Pool and Bar was an added bonus. I did not bring anything to swim with but was able to go to a nearby store and purchase something and I am so glad I did. I spent my Sunday laying around the pool and just enjoying myself. I will be back for my next trip to the area.

My wife and I came to Houston for an Astro game, along with visits to our doctors. Had the opportunity to stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in the Memorial City area. This is a new hotel with very nice accommodations. Location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well apportioned. The lobby is very comfortable and modern. The breakfast that was served was excellent. Upon visits back to Houston you can bet that this hotel will be one that we would stay at again.

Poor management. The staff didn't allow customers to use any amenities downstairs and said that they will charge extra cleaning fees if you use them.

We stayed one night when our AC broke and had a wonderful experience. Hotel seemed new and well taken care of. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful - I needed a late check out and they allowed me to stay until 2pm. Room was clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The one negative was the pool tile was a little grimy - but we still swam and everything else was excellent.

Amazing! Marriot did their thing! So beautiful, kind staff, lovely pool and clean clean! Our King suite was so pretty and great bathroom lighting! They even had a hair dryer! Can’t say enough about how happy I was my stay. Will return.

I stopped here to be my close to my office after an extremely long day Thursday 08/25. The man working the front desk was helpful, professional and prompt. The hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. I will continue to stay here when I am in town.
