Some tall black dude with breads or dreads. Told me my chain was fake. I went to 2 pawn shops prior to this one. And they said it was real and gave me a really good price to sell. I just wanted a 3rd price to go off of. But this dude clearly didn’t know my chain was real and got an offer for $800 and $875. Trash if you bringing in chains.

Im a wholesale jewelry dealer and I buy from all ez pawns in the houston area, spend 20k plus a week at these shops. Been to this location a few times and the first couple times were pleasant. These last 2 times i’ve been and I ask for help to look at jewelry I just get ignored by the 2 guys who usually are always there. Bald black guy with the beard who i’m pretty sure is the manager, and the other chubby guy with a beard and looks like his hair is always wet/greasy never helps me out anymore… By no means am I a person who goes out of their way to complain but these guys really threw me off with their immature and unprofessional behavior.
