I recently had a pleasure of visiting EZPAWN, and i must say, the experience was OUTSTANDING! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the staff. They truly made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
The selection of items was impressive ranging from jewelry to electronics, all in great condition. What stood out to me was the staff (Christian) knowing about the products- Christian was more than willing to answer all the questions and provide detailed information, which made my decision-making process much easier.
I was also impressed by Christian's fair pricing and willingness to negotiate, ensuring that I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. Additionally, Christian's service was efficient and the process was clearly explained. I appreciated Christian transparency and professionalism throughout.
Overall, I highly recommend EZPAWN and asking for Christian if your looking for reliable pawn shop with exceptional service!

Hello, i was in there not too long ago and bought a 52 inch tv. A nice gentleman named christian helped me carry it out to my car and was very kind and courteous. I will be coming back!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! They sold me a laptop that could only be accessed using a PIN number but they didn’t give me the pin. I took the laptop back to the store (THE SAME DAY) and they told me that they didn’t have the pin for the laptop, but I could return it for a $15 restocking fee. THEY SOLD ME A LAPTOP THAT DID NOT WORK AND WANTED ME TO PAY $15 FOR THEM TO TAKE IT BACK!!! Complete IDIOTS!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, and then they had the audacity to be offended when we refused to pay them $15 and wanted all of our money back! These are the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOURTEOUS, people that I have EVER had the displeasure of doing business with. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The only reason I’m giving them 1 star is because I can’t give them ZERO STARS

This place really sucks. Got offered $10 for a Peavy amp and $10 for a Crate amp. I went down the road to Houston Pawn and got offered $90 for both.
