I don't think they're testing their materials properly when they buy it... as a costumer the risk of getting something broken is high at this store. Just keep it in your mind, test your purchase soon as you can, you got only 24h to return it, after that you loose your money.

Stop locking the doors before 7PM. Your store operating hours go till 7PM not 6:30 not 6:45 not 6:55. Why are you locking your doors to customers 5 to 10 minutes before closing time on customers beats me and if people come last minute before closing just know its not their fault they have to work and meet obligations EZPawn can help them by fulfilling their end as well. You say you close at 7PM honor it. No one should be locking their doors to new customers 10 minutes before closing if the store has 1 or 2 customers in it.... and if yall dont wanna work find another job but dont mess up other people's experiences because you wanna be lazy and close shop.
