During my recent visit to Ez Pawn, I was perplexed by a glaring inconsistency in their operating hours. While the door clearly stated a 9:00 AM opening time, an employee arrived with a handwritten sign indicating a 10:00 AM opening. This discrepancy caused confusion and inconvenience for customers like myself, highlighting a need for clearer communication and adherence to posted schedules. Additionally, witnessing an employee slap the sign against the window added to the unprofessionalism of the situation, leaving a negative impression on the overall experience.

That place is disrespectful, the manager is unfriendly, she doesn't interact with customers, I bought an item and they made a mistake and when I went to resolve it, the manager didn't let the clerk be accountable. They have their own strange business. I bought my item and It didn't work and when I wanted to return it they only bought it for me at half price. There are many better places. I don't recommend that place.
