I purchased this item yesterday (09/19/25), and upon returning home I discovered a large line across the screen. This is unacceptable given that I just spent $150 on it, and I expect a resolution or replacement immediately.

The African American woman that works here is very rude and always denies my items. She tested and claimed my 14k ring was “fake”. This is the second time shes done this. The person in front of me also tried to get money for some nice Jordans in box and only offered $35 as well. I took my ring to the Cash America next door and the they offered me almost $200. She clearly just doesn’t wanna work.
