I’ve been going to the yale location for years. They always repair damages to my devices for fair prices. Id recommend you ask for Yami or Valerie. They’re very helpful and understanding.

Came into EZ Wirless to pick my daughter’s phone and I dropped it in store and the LCD screen cracked again. Valerie and EZ were both stunned as well as myself. EZ fixed the screen for free at 5:57pm when they close at 6pm and offered to check to see if the warranty was still good for my daughter’s phone asked me to give him 2 days to check on the warranty but he’s going to fix her phone right now. When in doubt if you need a phone or just something repaired I’ll always come see EZ at EZ Wireless !!!!

I didn’t get the name of the person that helped me but she had long hair with highlights, she was very helpful with my phone repair ( screen replacement & camera protector ) was very fast and helpful with any questions I’ve had, will definitely come back! Thanks again ??

I really wanted to love this place. Everyone was very polite, and i stumbled onto this place on social media, and i loved how they give back to the community and help out other small businesses. So naturally, i wanted to spend my money there, however, i did get a less than fine experience here. I live about 45 minutes away, i came in with my Daughter to have her iPad screen replaced, i paid, and left the ipad. After 5 and a half days, (3 Business days) i got notified that my iPad was ready, i came in on Saturday and was first in line before it opened because thats when traffic is lowest. The nice young lady gave me my iPad and i removed the rubber bands and began to double check it, however, there was Dead spots on the lower half of the screen, and it would not sense or register the touch of your finger. I let the young lady know, and she did apologize and said it's unusual that it happens, i was pretty displeased, it seemed nobody checked the item, before calling me. The young lady told me i could wait there for them to check the iPad, but it could be a few hours, i decided to leave it. I was called back around 6 hours later telling me it was ready, and the connection was just loose. I returned a few days later to pick up quite unceremoniously, time is precious and every dollar we spend counts. I went out of my way to support this business, but it seemed they didnt QC their work properly. I really wanted to love this place. But, considering how far it is and my experience, i likely wont return.

I went to the heights location for a new screen protector. When she gave me my phone back, my screen was broken (had a thick green line on the side) when I asked her what happened she just said “I don’t know, that just happened when I took your old screen protector off” I asked her if she could fix it and she said “yes, it’ll be $100”. I feel like if YOU broke MY phone, I should not be charged for it. She didn’t even apologize, or tell me when it broke. She just gave it back to me like nothing happened and expected me to pay for fixing it. Horrible service.

Where do I begin? First off I have been a customer of EZ since 2012. The customer service is top tier! When he started it was only him. I have watched him grow to having people work for him now. His manager Val along with Pricilla who helped me out yesterday are always so sweet! They make you feel like family and no just a “customer.”
Let me also say, you show loyalty to this man and his business he will come back 10 fold with you! Yesterday I walked out with a brand new screen protectors for 3 iPhones(which he never charges anyone for) a phone case, an iPad case along with a screen protector for it and 2 chargers for free! Be loyal to the people that are loyal to you is an understatement with this man. Go see them! you won’t regret it!
Also fun fact, my daughter refuses to let anyone else touch her phone! She says there is too many “creeps” out here and she knows her privacy is 100% protected with EZ.

These guys do not fix phone screens properly.
My grandmother phone which was one of the newer top of line motorolas.
Screen touch feedback was completely fine and up to date, although cracked.
After fixing the cracking, it starting having touched feedback issues which made it almost Unusable. Didn't even give me refund and told me "update your phone" even it was completely up to date
And never had these issues, even when the screen cracked.
Avoid this place at all costs

EZ Wireless takes care of you cleans your charging ports screen protectors.They sell basically everything you need like AirPods tablets Ps5s and speakers really good prices good condition too.Follow them on IG they always post good deals on their products and a huge plus is their staff talk Spanish.They provide good service we always come back to these guys.
