After the hurricane had caused the massive power outage I stopped by to buy two bags of ice. As usual I opened the unlocked ice chest and picked up two bags and before I could even close the door and walk inside to pay, a woman came running out of the store screaming that I was stealing her ice. I have been a customer since they change to the Mobile Gas name. I have never been treated like that before. She stated that the store was closed even though the station was completely lit up and many people buying gas. If this is the way Mobile treats customers during a disaster, then I won't nothing to do with this brand again.

This place is horrible. Stay away and go somewhere else. Lazy employees and non-activated lottery. Terrible service for Sunday.

This is the second and last time I will be using this gas station. the gas pumps do not give you receipts. When I went into the store to obtain one I was told I was unable to do any transaction for another five minutes. So I left and I shall never return

If your stopping to get gas pay cash or pay at the pump because if you pay inside and your vehicle doesn’t take all the gas and there’s change left over you will not get your refund back even they tell you it automatically goes back on your card. LIES

If I could rate this place ZERO STARS I would. I would come here buy ALOT of things at this store all the time and never once had a problem with them. Until I found out how one of your employees felt the need to disrespect my grandmother for NO REASON at all. I will not shop at a place where there is no respect for the elderly or their customers. Save your money and go to the gas station literally 10-20 feet away from this disrespectful place

Horrible experience. Cashier refused to give her name or store number or number to corporate office. Grandmother went inside to pump gas and was told "I'll get your gas when I feel like it" she came back outside to pump gas and it never came on so she returned inside and was told that she would not be getting gas because she "threw " her money on the counter. I went inside to question the cashier and obtain corporates number and the store number and was told to "get the duck out of my face " "its not my problem it's yours and the next shifts" I would not recommend anyone go to this store with this type of customer service to the elderly and others.
