yesterday I put gas in my car 30 minutes later my vehicle started jerking and the engine was making a weird noise then my car shut off on me. They have bad gas. It was empty at 3:00 pm on a busy westheimer street. Beware

so i pulled up and they were offering to put gas for me, put air on my tires, and wipe the windows! never really seen a exxon location that offer something like this. they do have self service area too but only for $2 more? yesthe store was clean and the cashier was nice. i wouldnt go out of my to come to this location but if i did pass by i would.

The Indian guy at the register is incredibly rude. He does not realize he is providing a service to customers andif he must address a question or even direct his customer, it must be done in a respectful manner. Im not sure what he stands to gain by being rude. I appalled at his behavior and will highly encourage others to frequent other gas stations nearby. At least most of the surrounding service centers tend to provide better customer service.

Great place and location can’t get any better for quick repairs, tire patches, and full service gas if you need it. Many folks in the area go there, and they’re willing to pay for it. It’s definitely expensive, but to be expected for the corner it sits. Fast, reliable service in the middle of River Oaks. Not much for snacks, but it’s a service station more than a convenience store.
