We have stored our items at the Beechnut location for three years and we have never had an issue with the unit, the staff or others at this facility. The area is gated, there is monitored access, and our particular unit was in a security access building, which increased my sense of security when going to the unit on my own.The staff has always been very helpful when I have had questions regarding my unit, especially when we began the process of removing our items after we purchased our home.All our items where in excellent condition upon removal with no rodent infestation into any of our items, no water damage, and sense we utilized a climate-controlled building, no damage from heat or humidity.As expected with the high demand of storage units, the pricing did increase on a regular basis, but because the facility was in a convenient location and we have never had an issue there, we chose to stay until we purchased our home.Overall, I would highly recommend this facility.
