I had an amazing experience at Express Clothing Store at Willowbrook Mall thanks to Patrick! His exceptional customer service made prom shopping a breeze for two teenagers. He went above and beyond to ensure they found the perfect outfits. He even gave them a tie tying tutorial! Patrick’s professionalism and enthusiasm truly stood out. Highly recommend shopping here for any special occasion!

This review is based on the service I received on 4/7 with the store manager Asia. Upon entry, the store was very clean and organized. Asia addressed our concerns and handled our request with ease and left us feeling good. It’s very hard to come by good customer service in the retail industry, so I very much appreciate it and I like to give recognition when I can.

Me and my mother have been to this location mutiple times and the way they treat their customers is terrible. My mother being the one spending hundreds of dollars here. I guess these people hate their jobs or something because the customer service is lacking. I'm leaving a review because of the way one of your managers and team members acted in regards to a transaction we had. My mother tried to do a return and told her that she couldn't do to the fact she needed her card and she needed to get it. So my mother goes back home and comes back to do the return only for the lady (manager) to do an exchange and messed up the transaction because she was in a rush. I get she wanted to go home, but blame your team member for not explaining properly. Then the lady huffed and sighed like we were bothering her. Unacceptable. Terrible location .

The male store manager here went above and beyond to help me with some exchanges for online purchases. He was very patient and provided excellent customer service. They earned a repeat customer for sure!

These ppl are haters in here, mainly the managers, worked her for less than a month and I regret it. They don’t know how to run a store, it’s dirty in there from top to bottom, and employees can get harmed on the job and they won’t report it, just send you home so they don’t have to deal with the paperwork. Who put these losers in manager positions??

I recently received some Express jeans as a gift and I'm in love!! I went here during a sale they had and purchased some jeans!I love how their jeans are soft and light! I don't really like the heavy, think denim jeans anymore.The customer service was awesome here too!I feel like I was missing out all these years that I just walked past the Express store! ..
