I ended up buying a beautiful white and blue dress with a gorgeous print (Paisley Boyfriend Portofino Maxi Shirt Dress). Thought it was on sale or that the back to school tax free weekend would apply but didn’t because it was over the $125 mark. Despite this, I bought it.
Wanna Know what sealed the deal for me? The employee at the dressing room: Miguel Vazquez. He was so attentive that I made sure I learned his name. Jovial and objective, he provided honest feedback. His opinions and outfit suggestions seemed sincere. Plus, his fashion sense was so on point!
I asked if he worked on commission because I wanted to make sure I mentioned him at the register. He said ‘no we don’t but don’t worry.’ Then I promised I would leave a Google review and his face lit up. In retrospect, I should have given him a tip!
I can’t wait to wear the dress. Thanks so much, Miguel—follow your dreams, you’re worth it!

I visited on May 1st and Miguel helped me with the best attitude. I changed my mind multiple times at the register and he was super nice and patient about it. Will be coming back

I will never recommend anyone toGo to this location of express until they change their staff and hire professional well trained salespeople which knows how to treat their customers, miss cynthia and the other ladies working with her are not giving a damn to the customer and behaving very rudely!

Overall the customer service is worst, the most rude and unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen in this store location, manager and other staff don’t even know how to talk with customer, i will never recommend this location to come and shop with , better go to memorial mall express

The lady named Cynthia extremely rude unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with customers really bad customer service .ridiculous she needs to fire asap. Otherwise the owner is going to be in bad impression because of her to be honest , and that's not the first time I've always been having bad experience with this location!

If I come during a sale and an entire wall of jeans is marked under a sign $25 then I get to the register and they ring up $88 I’m expecting the sale sign price. The store employee told me they mix regular priced items in the sale rack. I found 4 pairs of the same jeans on the $25 rack and he was talking to me like it shouldn’t be an issue for me to pay the roulette price game at the register. Young Hispanic male with loose high top hair. The price on the app for the same pair of jeans were $52.
No one should have to shop all over the sun to get a price for your clothing. This was ridiculous. An entire wall of jeans $25 and then one particular style is $88, $52 or $25 depending on WHERE you grab.
Each time I come to this location I have a bad experience and honestly this is why I don’t come but I was in the mall already.
This was the last time.
