I would have given them a one star. But Antonio saved the day. The store manager named Megan. She's not very nice. Attitude central for no reason. She needs a refresher on how to be a store lead. Or pass the torch to him.

Placed an order online for an item that showed to be in stock same day pickup. Drove up there as I need the pants for a trip tomorrow. Note I still hadn’t received a ready for pick up order. Well, I found the pants myself and continued looking around to for other clothes. My mother was with me and she was looking for a short size pants. I asked a medium/thick black male worker if they had the size. He mumbled and with an attitude said if it’s not there we don’t have it. I tried on the clothes. I continued to look for Jeans, not one employee asked me if they could assist me on finding the size I needed. I proceeded to get in the line to check out. The same black male with attitude called next customer. He asked if I had a number and I input the number. Checked out. I told him I needed to cancel and order and he just walked away. I told him excused me I need to cancel an order as I came in and got the pant’s myself *all in a normal voice* he said it will cancel itself, not proving details on how. I told him I got the confirmation order was received at the store. With attitude he said how did I receive confirmation if it was not picked up. I asked him how long does it take to cancel. He said 5 days brushing me off. I told him he could of told me that in the beginning and not give attitude , all in normal voice. Did even ask for order number so they won’t fulfill it. He yelled at me LOUD “get out” He continued to say it. I’m a professional person. With respect to my profession and my mother I left.This person has no business working there. Does not hold the company values. Dealt with Express stores for 20+ years. After reading comments about this store change needs to be done and this person reprimanded. I will make sure people know the handling of the store for the safety of everyone. I can tell you if he did that to another person it would have been a different outcome.

This use to be my place to go to, now I’ll look for somewhere else. Not sure if it’s the holidays but now the management is rude, closes early and the short Asian woman doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Keep in mind I never even got to ask a question about a jacket I was trying to buy. This was 12/11/23 at 8:05pm

There is a manager there named Mick who has a very unpleasant attitude toward customers and employees during my visit I watched him harass another employee and roll His eyes at multiple customers checking out I was so dissatisfied I simply walked out without purchasing what I went there for ,

It was brought to my attention that Jade Rae works at express now, I used to work at express and I loved express, but her boyfriend got fired due to comments he made. I also know Jade makes comments like the ones he makes, it would be nice if you guys did a better job at looking for employers instead of letting anyone work and be rude.

I am not able to remember her name but the short African American lady was very rude to me (not sure if she was having a bad day) I had a large return and I explained to her that I needed a store credit or gift card before she started. She handed some items to the young gentleman next to her and he initiated the return but they were returning it to the original payment method. I informed her AGAIN, that I needed a gift card. She never acknowledged me or said ok, she just rudely grabbed the return receipt and told another employee, maybe the manager to void it. Grabbed a gift card and proceeded to do her half of the return. I sincerely wanted to check her attitude but I realized that employees have bad days too, I just hope management sees this and can shed some light on how their employees are making their costumers feel.

Tracy was so amazing to us and made sure we were all taken care of! My boyfriend was needing a whole wardrobe makeover and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Please make sure this gets to her and her management!!!
